Dr. King’s goal is to improve function and prevent pain. Many of us lead rather sedentary lives where we sit in a chair at the office all day and continue to sit at home. Movement, activity and exercise are the best remedies for most of the pain we experience.
Our trained exercise physiologists, under the direction of the Physicians, will design a home exercise program specific to your needs.
They will teach you how to strengthen your muscles that support your spine and how to get the movement your body needs in order to reduce and prevent pain.
